After having accepted responsibility for the safety of the sea traffic, we became aware of the importance to constantly improve the quality of our services. In this respect, we indisputably have a positive influence on protection of the sea environment and maritime property. That was also recognised by Lloyd Register Quality Assurance in 2001 when we obtained a certificate confirming that Croatia pilot's Quality Management System has been approved according to ISO 9001: Standard.
