Fee A:
Ships arriving/leaving ports of Rijeka, Opatija, 3. maj, Martinšćica, Podbok, Goranin, Kraljevica, Mali Lošinj, Cres, Sršćica, Mlaka, Urinj, Bakar Ina, Peškera, Omišalj and Sepen are charged basic fee.
Fee B:
Ships arriving/leaving the ports Pag, Senj, Karlobag and other ports on the area of port authorities Rijeka and Senj, the basic fee is increased by 20%.
Additional fees for port pilotage I.
(applied to basic fee A in following cases):
-when piloting a ship(except RO-RO passenger ships) in the case of shifting a berth in the port, which is considered as a single piloting, the basic fee A is increased by 70%.
- when a pilot has to wait, on the spot agreed to be the place where the service will be provided, due to ship's delay in arrival/departure, when ship's arrival/departure hasn' t been cancelled, due to waiting for weighing the anchor, unprepared installation or the berth of the ship, due to delay in clearing custom's duties and other formalities, the fee is 150 kunas for each hour of waiting.
-when piloting a tanker, LPG, and CH.t, the fee A is to be increased by 20%, except when an empty ship is in possession of the ''Certificate of degassed tanks''.
- when piloting a tanker which has segregate ballast tanks (SBT), they should be excluded from the total ship's GT, according to the data on the ship's Certificate
- when piloting a RO-RO passenger ship, the fee A is decreased by 40%.
- when piloting a RO-RO passenger ship while shifting berth in the port which is considered a single piloting, fee A is increased by 50%.
- when piloting a ship without using its engine, a ship with faulty rudder, anchor winches, i.e. with faulty technical devices necessary for manoeuvring, fee A is increased by 70%.
-in case when is necessary to engage another pilot, fee A is increased by 50%.
- transfer of the pilot from the coast onboard the ship and back to the inner pilot station is included in the basic fee.
-when transfering the pilot to the outer pilot station, the use of the pilot boat is charged 70 kn /Nm.
When piloting a ship whose GT exceeds the one listed in the chart, every additional ton is to be charged 0,25kn.
Additional fees for port pilotage II.
1. pilotage over following day periods, from 10,00 p.m. till 06,00 a.m.basic fee A for port pilotage is to be increased by 50%.
2. pilotage and waiting on Saturday and Sunday will be charged basic fee A for port pilotage increased by 50%.
3. pilotage and waiting on holidays will be charged basic fee A for port pilotage increased by 100%.
Previously listed additional fees from items 1,2 and 3 cannot be cumulative.
